1. About KidoLearning

KidoLearning (www.kidolearning.com) is a bilingual English/French K–6 educational platform. It is owned and operated independently in Ontario, Canada.

By accessing or using KidoLearning, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself and any children using the platform under your supervision.

2. Free Plan

KidoLearning offers a free plan that gives every child access to all 6 learning modules for up to 7 minutes of daily practice. The free plan:

• Requires no account or registration
• Requires no personal information
• Is available to any family, anywhere, at no cost
• Resets daily at midnight local time

We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Premium Plan

What's included

Premium unlocks unlimited daily practice, 1,000+ questions per module, full monthly curriculum (12 months), parent reports, awards, and all features across all 6 Kidos in English and French. Up to 3 child profiles per family key.

Billing

Premium is billed at $7.99 USD/month, automatically renewing through Stripe. Applicable taxes (GST/HST) are added at checkout based on your province.

Activation key

Upon successful payment, you receive a unique family key in the format KIDO-CA-XXXX-XXXX-ON. This key activates Premium on any device. Keep it safe — it is your proof of subscription. We are not responsible for keys shared or lost by the subscriber.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain Premium access until that date.

4. Family and Developer Keys

KidoLearning may issue special non-paid keys (format: KIDO-FAM-2026-XXXX) to family members, collaborators, or developers. These keys:

• Grant full Premium access for the duration specified
• Are personal and non-transferable
• May be revoked at any time at our discretion
• Do not include the 7-day money-back guarantee

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use KidoLearning only for its intended purpose — supporting children's learning. You agree not to:

• Share your Premium key publicly or sell it to others
• Attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to access or scrape KidoLearning content
• Use KidoLearning in a classroom or institutional setting without a separate arrangement
• Reproduce or redistribute KidoLearning content, question banks, or code without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of your Premium key without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on KidoLearning — including but not limited to the KidoLearning name, character names (MathKido, SpellKido, GeoKido, SciKido, ArtKido, AiKido), character artwork, question bank content, curriculum design, code, and written copy — is the exclusive property of KidoLearning.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

KidoLearning is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure curriculum accuracy, we make no guarantee that content is error-free or that it will meet any specific educational standard or outcome for your child.

KidoLearning is a supplementary learning tool and is not a replacement for formal education.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KidoLearning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of KidoLearning after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
